At The Good Nook, every product is thoughtfully designed and handcrafted in our own workshops. We aim to ensure that your order reaches you safely and on time.

Shipping Timeline

Processing Time: Orders are usually dispatched within 3–6 business days of placing the order.
Delivery Time: After dispatch, delivery typically takes:
- 5–7 business days for metro cities
- 7–10 business days for other locations

Note: Delivery times may vary during holidays or unforeseen circumstances.

Shipping Charges

Free Shipping on all prepaid orders.

Order Tracking

Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking link via email or SMS.
You can also track your order under the “My Orders” section of your account.

Delivery Partners

We work with trusted courier partners across India to ensure timely and safe

deliveries. Currently, we ship only within India.

Delivery Issues

If your orders arrived damaged, please email us within 48 hours of delivery at thegoodnook@catalystdesign.in with:
- Order ID
- Clear photos of the damaged product and packaging
We will arrange for a replacement or refund at no extra cost.
