Refund & Return Policy

At The Good Nook, we take pride in the quality and craftsmanship of our home décor products, lovingly made in our own workshops. If for any reason you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, we're here to help.

Returns

You may request a return within 7 days of receiving your order.
To be eligible for a return, the item must be:
- Unused and in its original condition.
- In its original packaging with all tags intact.
Returns are only accepted for items purchased directly from our website.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 7–10 working days.
Shipping charges are non-refundable.
In case of COD (Cash on Delivery) orders, refunds will be made via bank transfer.

Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a damaged or defective item, please email us within 48 hours of delivery at thegoodnook@catalystdesign.in with:
- Order ID
- Clear photos of the damaged product and packaging
We will arrange for a replacement or refund at no extra cost.

Exchange Policy

We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you wish to exchange an item, please return the original item and place a new order.
